Fri 31st Oct @ Albert - HALLOWEEN PARTY
UKULELE GANGSTAS
CAPTAIN HOTKNIVES
"Expect rhymes about forms of bread, racist white supremacist polar bears and skanking your nana. Far better and lyrically adept than it has any right to be"
"I've never laughed so much in my life! Captain Hotknives had us all literally doubled over in laughter at the end of the bar. I loved his accapella-ragga tune 'Shabby Muffin' and 'Glue' - all the reasons why glue is better than any other drug in the world!"
"He was fucking brilliant."
Thurs 13th Nov @ JAMM
THE LANI SINGERS
"Songs of freedom from West Papua" Hailing from the remote central highland region of West Papua, the Lani Singers perform traditional West Papuan music, with songs rooted in the sacred rituals of the Lani tribes people.

"These are their songs of freedom. Merdeka! Freedom!"
ALBINO
BEANS ON TOAST
Expect a scathing slab of political and satirical punky folk tunes from the man who took on MySpace and lost. He's played every festival you've ever heard of, he's supported Kate Nash and if you miss this you'll have to pay zillions to see him at Reading or Leeds festivals and only have vile Carling beer to drink.
"Gravelly-voiced folk singer/songwriter, big on social commentary, drugs and swearing."
- Drowned In Sound
RASPACT Fantastic roots reggae fusion from Portugal.
Fri 14th Nov @ Albert
I WANNA BE SEDATED
Mixing up the sound of the Lower East Side with a Coldharbour Lane twist, these Brixton rockers will be dishing up a feast of Ramones tunes at their punk rock finest. Expect drunken 'Gabba Gabba Hey' chants, dancing Pinheads and a room full of joyous 'Hey Ho, Let's Go!' singalongs. Dig out your battered leather jacket and join the mosh pit.
