Stop fucking about with football
It seems that the Big Money Boys who are currently bleeding football fans dry have decided that ‘Division One’ doesn’t sound too attractive to sponsors, and, heck, Division Two and Three don’t sound too bankable either.
In a truly ridiculous move, Division One (which used to be Division Two) is now to be ‘upgraded’ to the Coca-Cola Football League Championship, while Division Two (which used to be Division Three) will become the ‘Coca-Cola Football League One’.
And – you’ve guessed it, lowly Division Three has become the ‘Coca-Cola Football League Two’.
It’s quite the crappest idea I’ve heard in some time.
