Sniff-tastic
I’ve just been laid low by my first cold of the year. The weird thing was that it came on in minutes: I was feeling just dandy sorting out the flat and then – aaatishoo! – instant sore throat, headache, blocked nose and aching limbs!
I’ve done my best to battle it though, wolfing down copious amounts of Vit C and keeping my pecker up. Tonight, I went out armed with several toilet rolls’ worth of paper (to attend my unpleasantly running nose) and checked out the excellent Top Cats at the Brixton Fridge – fabulous ska as ever!
