Thursday is the new Friday (or something) and in Brixton’s there’s no shortage of ace free entertainment on offer.

First stop was  Brixton JAMM to check out an excellent four band bill of indie pop goodness, served up by HDIF.

Headlining the show was the Would-Be-Goods, who include a Monochrome Set member in their number.

There was altogether a different kind of offering onstage at the Brixton Prince Albert, with a loud industrial ‘rivet-factory’ kind of noise pumping through the PA.

Many beers later, the last port of call was the trusty Dogstar… and now I’m off to a big Offline night at the Albert tonight!
