Cardiff City Bluebirds Unite march

Say no to Cardiff City FC corporate rebranding and sign the petition

As you may know, I’ve been a lifelong Cardiff City fan but that alliance has been torn asunder by the dire rebranding antics of the club’s billionaire owner, Vincent “I’ll do as I please” Tan.

Does anyone know what Cardiff City FC are actually called now?

Although a disappointingly high number of Cardiff fans seem to have been happy to kiss goodbye to over a century of history and heritage, there is a growing resistance to Tan’s fiddling about with the club’s tradition.

Before the match against Man City on Saturday, a large march organised by Bluebirds Unite walked from the centre of town to the stadium to voice their opposition to the changes.

Here’s a video of the march arriving at the Cardiff City Stadium.

  1. I’m sure the vast majority of Cardiff fans were more bothered about beating Manchester City than the colour of the shirts worn.

I’m not saying this is good or bad, just stating facts…
