Me and Nicola DJd the Alabama3 night at Brixton JAMM last night and had a heap of fun.
As it was quiet earlier on, so I got to play obscure vinyl gems like Keith Moon’s “Waspman,” Leyton Buzzards “Saturday Night Beneath The Plastic Palm Trees,” Joe Jackson’s “One More Time,” and the XTC “Science Friction” 12″ single.
Things got livelier later, er got the dance floor moving, had beers bought for us by an appreciative punter and received several smiling “T” hand gestures. Hopefully this was to to signify “TUNE” rather than “Tossers!”
