Grime vs Thrash Metal in Brixton with Mortad vs James Pyke

Thrash metal vs grime hip-hop at the Brixton Offline Club with Mortad and James Pyke, Prince Albert, 418 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, London SW9, 8th April 2011

This was one of the maddest (and probably the riskiest) Offline Club bills I’ve ever put on in Brixton – a full on thrash metal band versus a grime/hip hop act – but the night turned out to be an amazing success!

Both acts put in tremendous shows – and the crowd loved it all!

There was mayhem on the dance floor later too, with me and DJ Katmandude laying down a load of party tunes.

I think that may have been one of the best shows we’ve put on at the Albert!
