Interactive Mars panorama as seen by the Curiosity rover

This fabulous interactive 360-degree panorama from the surface of Mars shows what you’d be able to see if you’d hitched a ride on the Curiosity rover.

The interactive, panoramic view of the planet was created by panographer Andrew Bodrov who posted up the vista of Mars to 360Cities.

The panoramic widget lets you zoom and rotate the photos sent back from the rover to deliver a detailed, immersive view of the rock-strewn surface, the mountainous horizon, and the rover itself. It’s awesome!
