We took our time crossing the bridge, taking in the changes of colour and shade in the sky.

The building on the left is the headquarters of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, also known as “Bethel.”

The cult, sorry religion had been busy buying up properties around Brooklyn Heights since they set up their world headquarters there in 1909, although they’ve recently flogged off some of their extensive property empire.

Walking into Manhattan. The Brooklyn Bridge was built between 1869 and 1883, and connects Manhattan with New York’s most populous borough, Brooklyn.

  1. Amazing pics- please take more! Lovin’ the theme as the last light in the day, you’re frantically snapping as many shots as you can. Keep up the good work!
