Tens of thousands of people around the UK joined rallies as part of a National Strike, called over government plans to make public sector workers pay more and work longer to earn their pensions.
There were rallies and pickets all over Lambeth, with Windrush Square hosting a ‘Strike Festival,’ organised by Lambeth SOS from 10.45am. Here’s some pics:
