The Angel pub on Coldharbour Lane has a long history stretching back into Victorian times with the corner pub once home to a music hall act.

Around the turn of the 20th century, the publicans of the Angel were also a music hall act known as the Royal Zanettos whose skills included a ‘Japanese Juggling’ act and a navy-themed routine.
