I found this intriguing hand-written document stuck to a bus stop on Brixton Road, where the anonymous author writes about facing winds over 100 mph “and worse”, and making 45 tape recordings of storms between 2003 and 2012.
The author knows the dangers of high winds and sagely adds, “Being in a hurricane.. no joke.”
