Dec 2003 The terraced houses have long gone, being replaced in the 1970s by low rise social housing and a bleak multi-storey car park - which already looks like it's falling apart. The decline of the street market is reflected by the handful of market traders to the right - it wasn't that long ago that the stalls went all the way back to Valentia Place.
