Balloons, Centenary Square

Looking west across Centenary Square you can see the Symphony Hall and the completely mad 'Forward' sculpture.

Unveiled by the Queen in 1991, it cost over a quarter of a million for the thing, apparently the highest amount of money a provincial city has paid for a work of public art.
