Turnpike Lane, Piccadilly Line
Although it's seen better days, Turnpike Lane ia a good example of the architectural excellence of Charles Holden and Frank Pick who created an 'in house' style for London Transport in the 1920/30s.

Their architecture was characterised by exposed brickwork and concrete using clean, simple forms and an attention to detail throughout, integrating all aspects of the exterior and interior into the design.
