Museum of Science & Industry

Here's why I was up in Manchester - I was invited to give a talk at the Museum, so I took a quick look around the museum beforehand.

It's based in one of the world's oldest railway stations (Liverpool Road Station) with a large shed full of old steam engines and carriages and this groovy metallic orb outside.
