Train hugging the coastline

No matter what the weather, this stretch of line from Dawlish Warren to Teignmouth is truly spectacular.

The train darts in and out of sandstone tunnels, with the tracks a mere few feet from the sea - stick your head out of the window on a stormy day and you'll most likely get a faceful of sea water!
