href=\"http:\/\/www.london.gov.uk\/events\/chinese-new-year-2013\" target=\"_blank\">The Mayor&#8217;s website<\/a> says that today&#8217;s highlights include acrobatics, martial arts, magic, the Chen Brothers Flying Lion Dance, troupes of visiting artists from China and the rather\u00a0splendid\u00a0singer-songwriter Emmy the Great.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a couple of photos I took last night around
