The owner of one of London’s most famous record stores has advertised his entire business for sale on eBa<\/a>y, with the asking price of \u00a3300,000 including the shop’s vast collection of thousands of vinyl records .<\/p>\n

Opened by Tim Derbyshire in 1979,\u00a0On The Beat Records<\/a> has been selling singles and albums from Hanway Street, off Tottenham Court Road, for nearly 35 years, but has now decided that it’s time to, “step down and let another passionate music lover take over.”<\/p>\n

The eBay sale ends at 18:45 on the 25th November, 2013, so get in quick if you want to own your very own Soho record store.<\/p>\n
