{"id":18383,"date":"2018-07-11T11:00:44","date_gmt":"2018-07-11T10:00:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/?p=18383"},"modified":"2018-07-11T00:04:25","modified_gmt":"2018-07-10T23:04:25","slug":"london-photos-bp-portrait-prize-street-scenes-and-sculptures-july-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/london-photos-bp-portrait-prize-street-scenes-and-sculptures-july-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"London photos: BP Portrait Prize, street scenes and sculptures, July 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/london-street-scenes-portraits-01.jpg\" alt=\"London photos: BP Portrait Prize, street scenes and sculptures, July 2018\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a series of photos from my walk around central London yesterday, including scenes from the BP Portrait Prize at the National Portrait Gallery, the Photographer&#8217;s Gallery and some snaps from around Soho.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/london-street-scenes-portraits-02.jpg\" alt=\"London photos: BP Portrait Prize, street scenes and sculptures, July 2018\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My first stop was at the <a href=\"https:\/\/thephotographersgallery.org.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Photographer&#8217;s Gallery<\/a>, where I took a quick look around the bookshop and saw some excellent prints from the <a href=\"https:\/\/thephotographersgallery.org.uk\/whats-on\/exhibition\/tish-murtha-works-1976-1991\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tish Murtha exhibition<\/a> that is currently on display in the main gallery.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll definitely return to see the full show soon.
