alt=\"Art in the Age of Now at Fulham Town Hall\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the weekend, I spent an engrossing eighty minutes walking around the wonderful Art in the Age of Now exhibition at the former Fulham Town Hall in west London.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/art-age-now-fulham-02.jpg\" alt=\"Art in the Age of Now at Fulham Town Hall\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A collaboration between <a href=\"https:\/\/artbelow.org\/projects\/art-in-the-age-of-now\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Art Below<\/a> and the Lamington Group (who are converting the former town hall\u00a0 into a hotel), the event offered an extraordinary programme of installations, guest exhibitions, live performance art, music, talks, readings and screenings.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s one of the best things I&#8217;ve seen for some time.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/art-age-now-fulham-03.jpg\" alt=\"Art in the Age of Now at Fulham Town Hall\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The exhibition was vast, with artwork displayed in the basement, grand hall, court room, assembly room, offices and other spaces around the sprawling 51,000 sq ft\u00a0 Victorian landmark building.<\/p>\n<p>It proves so popular that the show was extended to the 20th June 2021 &#8211; I only just heard about it in time, thanks to a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.net\/forums\/threads\/london-art-exhibitions-installations-and-events-photos-and-chat.374789\/\"> post on the urban75 art thread.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s more photos
