End Of A Century - fascinating exhibition at the Newport Street Gallery, London\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Running until the 8th August 2021,<em> End Of A Century <\/em>features over fifty early works by the controversial multimedia artist Damien Hirst.<\/p>\n<p>The free exhibition covers his formative years as a student in the 1980s through the 1990s, when he became one of Britain\u2019s leading contemporary artists.<\/p>\n<p>Those of a squeamish nurture may be advised to stay away, as it features a decapitated cow&#8217;s head, dissected sharks, suspended animals, trapped butterflies, and loads of flies.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/damien-hirst-02.jpg\" alt=\"Damien Hirst -
