cracking little performer the Olympus 9mm-18mm wide angle lens is, so over the past few days I&#8217;ve been using it as I walk around central London.<\/p>\n<p>The lens was paired with an Olympus OM=D E-M5III\/Pen F and all the images were taken as JPPGs and are pretty much straight out of the camera, with minimal editing.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/olympus-9-18-lens-02.jpg\" alt=\"London photos: 25 images shot with the Olympus 9mm-18mm wide angle lens\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The lens carries a useful\u00a0 range of 18-36mm in 35mm terms and is incredibly\u00a0 compact and lightweight with a length of only 49.5mm (when retracted) and a weight of just 155g,<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not the fastest lens around with a maximum aperture of f\/4-5.6, but with secondhand copies going for around \u00a3250 upwards, it&#8217;s a wonderfully affordable addition to your camera bag.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the rest of
