(also known as the Banksy Tunnel) is a road tunnel under Waterloo station where graffiti is legal and promoted despite the fact that it is against UK law on public property.<\/p>\n<p>The gallery was launched during the Cans Festival in May 2008, which was organised by legendary street artist Banksy.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
