I love walking along the Thames, and I also love photographing winter scenes – so here’s some pictures taken after a chilly walk from Vauxhall to London Bridge:<\/p>\n

It was designed by Charles Barry in the Perpendicular Gothic style and was completed in 1860.<\/p>\n

The iconic Tower Bridge opened in June 1894.<\/p>\n

The bridge is 940 feet (290 m) in length and consists of two 213-foot (65 m) bridge towers connected at the upper level by two horizontal walkways, and a central pair of bascules that can open to allow shipping.<\/p>\n
