The Brixton tube station evangelist is back!\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Last seen &#8211; or rather heard &#8211; bellowing out Godsquad platitudes outside Brixton tube station <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/the-brixton-evangelist-brixton-tube-2000\/\">over a decade ago<\/a>, I&#8217;d rather hoped that my ears had rung to the last of his megaphone-assisted religious rantings.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>He&#8217;s back<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sadly, Mr Philip\u00a0<em>&#8216;Winner or Sinner&#8217;<\/em> Howard has returned to Brixton\u00a0tube station and &#8211; bizarrely &#8211; he&#8217;s not looking any older from when he was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/the-brixton-evangelist-brixton-tube-2000\/\">last aurally assaulting passers by in Brixton<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/brixton-shouty-godsquad-02.jpg\" alt=\"Cover your ears!
