\u00a0project that &#8211;\u00a0thankfully\u00a0&#8211; never fully came to life.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>A Westway for SW9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brixton was going to be\u00a0particularly\u00a0blighted by one of these proposed ring road schemes, with an elevated motorway planned to tower above Coldharbour Lane &#8211;
