{"id":431,"date":"2007-04-13T13:19:00","date_gmt":"2007-04-13T13:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.urban75.org\/u75blog\/?p=431"},"modified":"2007-04-13T13:19:00","modified_gmt":"2007-04-13T13:19:00","slug":"feel-the-lycra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/feel-the-lycra\/","title":{"rendered":"Feel the lycra!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While rummaging around in my woefully disorganised pile of old photos, I came across this one of me in full cycling regalia.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/bike2.jpg\" alt=\"cycle-tastic!\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I used to do a <span style=\"font-style:italic;\">lot<\/span> of cycling and regularly did a London-Windsor return in the mornings before cycling off to east London to rehearse with my band and bash drums for a few hours (where the fuck did I find the energy for that?!)<\/p>\n<p>Note for bike fans: the frame is made of Raleigh Reynolds 653 lightweight tubing, Shimano 600 brakes, chainset and front\/rear derailleur and the wheels were the fantastic Mavic MA40 rims with Shimano 105 hubs &#8211; I did thousands of miles on those puppies!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While rummaging around in my woefully disorganised pile of old photos, I came across this one of me in full cycling regalia.
