one almighty building site\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The \u00a31bn\u00a0project\u00a0will see the complete\u00a0rebuilding\u00a0of\u00a0Tottenham Court Road Underground station, with Crossrail promising, &#8220;congestion relief, delivering a bigger ticket hall, additional escalators, step-free access, and interchange with Crossrail services..&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/images\/tottenham-court-road-crossrail-03.jpg\" alt=\"Tottenham Court Road and Crossrail -
