Community members call it foul and dangerous. Police call it a &#8220;situation.&#8221; The Department of Homeless Services calls it an improvement. largest art museums in the USA, with exhibits covering \u00a0ancient Egyptian masterpieces to contemporary art.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
