As 2011 draws to a close, I’ve broken out the calculator and done some totting up to find out which posts have proved the most popular with readers on my blog for the year.<\/p>\n

Sitting at the top of the pile is my photo report documenting the rise of what will be Europe’s tallest building: The London Shard at London Bridge, London SE1 continues to soar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Although the piece was written back in Nov 2010, it still notched up a load of page views in 2011, as did the many updates<\/a> I posted throughout the year.<\/p>\n

In second place was the 2009 London Naked Bike Ride<\/a> which – curiously enough – managed to attract nearly a\u00a0thousand\u00a0page views more than the report from this years ride:\u00a0London Naked Bike Ride 2011 \u2013 all the wobbly bits in a full photo report<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In fourth place was the London Slutwalk 2011- full photo report<\/a>, followed by the report of the\u00a0BT Telecom Tower restaurant plans being abandoned<\/a>.<\/p>\n
