Top band!<\/p>\n<p>When I left to go out, Cardiff City were trailing 0-1 to a League Two bunch of cloggers in the Carling Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Mentally preparing for a humiliating defeat, I was ready to bang on about how the cup was a complete waste of time as a competition on my return, but now I&#8217;ve come home to see that we&#8217;ve won 2-1, I&#8217;d like to add that it&#8217;s a vital, important and prestigious cup.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just seen the BFB at the Spitz in east London and have to say it was good &#8216;un.
