{"id":756,"date":"2004-08-05T15:59:00","date_gmt":"2004-08-05T15:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.urban75.org\/u75blog\/?p=756"},"modified":"2010-08-13T00:04:01","modified_gmt":"2010-08-12T23:04:01","slug":"756","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.urban75.org\/blog\/756\/","title":{"rendered":"Desperately seeking records"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Desperately seeking records<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow I have the honour of DJing at the most excellent <a href=\"www.howdoesitfeel.f9.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\">How Does It Feel To Be Loved<\/a> night at the Canterbury Arms, Brixton.<\/p>\n<p>Up to now, my DJing has been restricted to short 30-45 min sets at the urban75 chilled out <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urban75.org\/offline\/\" target=\"_blank\">Offline nights<\/a> where you can play any old bollocks and not worry about keeping a dance floor &#8216;happening&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>But tomorrow I&#8217;m playing a whopping great 90 minute set and have to live with the fear of clearing the dance floor with a dodgy tune &#8211; so I&#8217;m going to have to try and introduce some semblance of structure to my set.
