Brockwell Hall which now houses a busy cafe.<\/p>\n<p>Originally built between 1811-1813 as the country seat of glass merchant John Blades Esq, the land and house were acquired by the London County Council (LCC) in March 1891, opening up to the public the following summer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"7789\"
