Expect tons of disruption if you’re travelling to and from Brixton this weekend (Sat 13th\/Sunday 14th October) as once again the utter bastards at Tfl have decided to close a vast chunk of the Victoria Line down for the weekend.<\/p>\n

And it’s going to be closed the following weekend<\/em> too. Raaas.<\/p>\n

There’ll be no service at all\u00a0between Brixton and Seven Sisters this weekend, so if you’re leaving Brixton expect another leisurely replacement bus tour around St Matthews Church amongst glacier-speed traffic.<\/p>\n

My advice: take the\u00a0overground\u00a0train from Brixton to Victoria (it takes just 7 mins) and continue your journey from there, or walk up to Stockwell tube station and pick up a tube from there.<\/p>\n
