Offline rocks!

Thursday's Offline was the best ever, with an enormous turn out leading to queues at the door by 10pm!

The acoustic acts were excellent - I particularly enjoyed Katy Carr and 'The Yodelling Fella' and I ended up DJing to a full on mosh pit of a crowd: I was under mighty big pressure in the DJ booth, but slapping on 'Common People' (Pulp) followed by Radio 4 and LCD Soundsystems seemed to do the trick!

Dubversion's closing 1940's big band set went down a storm too. I have some vague recollection of indulging in some drunken rug-cutting at this point.

There's loads of photos from the night in the all-new, updated and redesigned Offline web site

Elsewhere, I've added a new section about the Herne Hill velodrome, one of the few remaining purpose built Victorian sports stadiums in London, sadly now under threat from wanker developers.
