stormy sea, Brighton

A lot of my friends think this a little odd, but I actually prefer bad weather to endless hot summer days.

Don't get me wrong: I like a bit of sunshine as much as the next guy, but there's something stirring about a howling gale, or the crisp snap of a clear winter's morning that sends me scurrying off for my camera.

This was taken as I watched a storm brewing off the coast of Brighton.
