Brixton Station Road railway arches – photographs of a disappearing Brixton

I’ve just posted up a set of photos I took of the railway arches along Brixton Station Road, back in 2001.

I liked the distinctive, time-battered look to the various arches and with almost all of them now swept away and replaced by smarter, but blander facades, this photos are something of a historical archive.
